Job Vacancy: Phlebotomist / Nursing Staff cum OPD Manager

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Phlebotomist / Nursing Staff cum OPD Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving healthcare delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  – Collect blood samples from patients with precision and care.

  – Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of samples.

  – Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory and collection areas.

  – Provide excellent patient care and support during the blood collection process.

  – Assist in patient assessments, examinations, and procedures.

– Take vital signs (BP, Pulse, Saturation, Weight, CBG, Temperature)

  – Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  – Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

– **OPD Manager Duties:**

  – Oversee the daily operations of the outpatient department (OPD).

  – Manage patient flow and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments.

  – Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to provide seamless patient care.

  – Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.

**Qualifications:**

– Nursing degree or diploma with a valid nursing license.

– Certification in phlebotomy is preferred.

– Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
